Data and analytics has been high on the agenda for The LEGO Group for many years, but for a long time, the focus has been on populating our platforms with more and more data. However, it has created a situation where users find it hard to find data, get access to data and understand data. In order to decrease time to market for self-service analytics products, we want to Empower The LEGO Group to create self-service data intelligence & analytics by providing a single point of entry for discovering data, accessing data, exploring data, sharing data and collaborating on data assets. We are creating ONE platform that acts as a combined Google, Amazon, Wikipedia and Facebook, aimed for all users engaging with data in The LEGO Group.
