He is a 7+-year veteran at Collibra, having started in 2018 in a Director of Engineering role, leading the catalog and later the applications engineering teams. Gradually transitioning with the company’s growth to take on Privacy, Protect and AI governance and shifting more and more to a product focus, he strives to bring innovative solutions to the market. Recently he started in the Field team, guiding prospects and customers around AI and data governance.
Before Collibra, Wouter was the Head of Software Factory and CTO a.i. of a Belgian Fintech, Isabel Group, leading the architecture, product, and development department. During his tenure, Isabel transformed from a single application company to a multiservice company, with the acquisitions of Codabox and Ibanity.He joined Isabel Group after a 10+ year tenure at two broadcasters in Belgium, VRT and Medialaan, where he was a leading architect and Engineering Manager for the online activities.

He is the co-author of the recently released book – “Data as the Fourth Pillar – An Executive Guide for Scaling AI”.
In his current role, Sidd is a Field CTO primarily for the Mulesoft and Informatica technologies at Salesforce and provides Thought Leadership on Data and Data Management Strategy and Architectural patterns to customers.
