Dataroid, a leader in AI-driven digital analytics and customer engagement, has closed a $6.6 million Pre-Series A funding round. The investment was led by the FinAI Venture Capital Fund of Tacirler Asset Management, with participation from the Future Impact Venture Capital Fund and Endeavor Catalyst. This fresh capital will fuel Dataroid’s expansion across EMEA and Western Europe, while accelerating the development of its “agentic” AI features.
The platform is specifically engineered for highly regulated sectors such as banking and finance. By unifying behavioral analytics, application performance monitoring, and customer data into a single “Source of Truth,” Dataroid allows enterprises to react to user friction in real time. Currently, the platform powers digital experiences for over 120 million users, largely through partnerships with major Turkish banks. The 2026 roadmap includes embedding autonomous AI agents directly into dashboards to help product and marketing teams automatically uncover revenue opportunities and predict customer churn before it happens.
Dataroid’s market momentum is backed by strong performance metrics, ending 2025 with 127% net revenue retention and zero customer churn. Recognized as the top digital analytics platform in the Middle East by G2 – which is the world’s largest software marketplace for peer reviews, the company is now positioning itself to become a global industry standard. According to co-founder Fatih Isbecer, the goal is to leverage their deep experience with complex, high-scale financial data to provide international markets with the same level of actionable, real-time intelligence that has driven their success in Türkiye.
