Capgemini, a French multinational information technology services and consulting company and Google Cloud have expanded their partnership to provide secure sovereign cloud solutions for highly regulated sectors. The collaboration focuses on helping organizations adopt Vertex AI and Gemini Enterprise while adhering to strict data residency and security mandates.
As an authorized Google Distributed Cloud (GDC) air-gapped operator, Capgemini can now provide fully managed services isolated from the public internet. This model is designed for critical missions and European enterprises requiring total autonomy. To support this rollout, Capgemini is establishing a Google Sovereign Cloud Delivery Practice and a specialized Center of Excellence to provide advisory and technical services for secure infrastructure modernization.
