Session Outline
In this presentation, we will go through how we manage the need to modernize and consolidate our data platforms while receiving an increasing number of data-related questions and requirements from both IT and business stakeholders. We’ll not only be going to tell you about it, our technical architecture and roadmap, but also highlight the importance of governance, ways of working, and BI tooling to provide a smooth transition to new cloud-based data platforms. We are not done, and we’re not sure if we’ll ever be done in this fast-changing world. We’re confident that our experiences could benefit others who plan or have recently started a similar journey.
