Validio Secures $30 Million Series A to Scale Agentic Data Management Platform

Validio, an agentic enterprise data management platform, has raised around €26 million ($30 million) in Series A funding led by Plural. The round saw participation from a high-profile group of investors and industry veterans, including Lakestar, J12, MongoDB founder Kevin Ryan, Snowflake CMO Denise Persson, and Neo4J founder Emil Eifrem. This latest investment brings Validio’s total funding to around €40.65 million ($47 million).

The platform is designed to address data quality and availability, which industry research cites as a primary obstacle to successful AI implementation. While traditional data management often relies on manual, rules-based checks that can be difficult to scale, Validio utilizes an autonomous approach to detect and resolve data quality issues. The system provides automated monitoring, anomaly detection, and data lineage across large datasets, aiming to reduce the time required for manual data investigations.
