1. I confirm that I am at least 20 year of age or older, student or employed in an organisation.

2. I understand that by registering to this webinar, I agree to allow the organiser of this on-demand webinar (HyperightAB) to use the information provided in the registration form to process the registration, inform you about changes and updates in the webinar, process the information for webinar preparation and post event follow ups.

4. I understand and accept that the webinar organiser may share my basic information (Name, Title, Email,and Company Telephone) with the webinar Co-Host partner and presenting company for post event follow up and marketing purposes. The Co-Host partner is obliged to fulfill the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/679)(“GDPR”) standards and provide opt-out option when sending an email to you.

5. I understand that I have the right to request access to any personal data you have obtained or collected regarding me. You have agreed to provide me with a record of my personal data in a readable format.

6. I also understand that I can revoke my consent on [email protected] and that I have the right to be forgotten. If I revoke my consent you will stop collecting or processing my personal data. I understand that if I revoke my consent, you may be unable to provide contracted products or services to me, and I cannot hold you responsible for that.

7. Likewise, if I properly request to be forgotten, you will delete the data you have for me, or make it inaccessible.
