This license includes rights to sublicense through multiple levels of sublicensees. Hyperight may use, copy, store, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, and publicly perform and display the content. This applies to any Hyperight properties, including related advertising, marketing, or promotion materials. These materials can be in print, digital, or any other media now known or later developed.

If you do identify as a representative, Hyperight may remove your posts from the platform. Hyperight also reserves the right to stop accepting your future submissions.

8. Complaints, Inquiries and Choice of Law.

If you violate the Contributor Program terms or we receive a complaint about your content, you are responsible. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hyperight and its affiliates for all resulting claims and liabilities. The laws of Sweden govern this agreement. Swedish courts will resolve any dispute about the agreement or your submitted content.

Hyperight has sole discretion as to whether to use or stop using any content you provide at any time, with or without notice. We will send any notice in writing to the addresses you specify, and we will consider it delivered upon receipt. Note that we can update the Terms & Conditions periodically.

We may provide you with notices about the Hyperight Contributor Program and these terms by email.

Content Guidelines

Hyperight reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to edit articles for reasons including, but not limited to, style, accuracy, length and legal compliance, or reject articles that we consider to not comply with our guidelines. These are some guidelines that you should respect in order to have your piece published:

  • Be unique. We strictly forbid plagiarized articles. We use plagiarism tools to detect plagiarized content. If plagiarized content is discovered, the respective Contributors will be banned.
  • Stick to the original. We accept articles previously posted on your personal or company blog, but original articles will be given priority in publishing and promotion.
  • Aim for long-form content. Articles should be between the 1000 – 1500 word limit.
  • Include properly credited images in your article. Images provide eye-catching visuals that increase reader engagement. However, use only copyright-free images from websites like Unsplash, Pexels, Pixabay, and StockSnap among others, or any AI tool. Also, please provide a link to the source of the images you’ve used in your article.
  • Provide relevant links only. If necessary, link to other websites. We also encourage links to Hyperight. However, we forbid affiliate links and SEO link buildings.
  • Be relevant. Articles should be educational, informative and in line with topics we cover at Hyperight: Artificial Intelligence, Applied and Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Data Management, Advanced Analytics, NLP, Big Data, Machine Learning, Data Science, Predictive Maintenance, Deep Learning, BI, etc. Please do not submit other content, as we will not publish it. We won’t accept content that is not related to the topics mentioned above.
  • No promotional articles. We do not allow the promotion of any product or service through an article. You can link to a certain company website to explain a point or as a reference for a piece of content, but we do not allow active promotion, and we will remove such articles. We reserve the right to remove text or links which do not comply with these guidelines. Of course, we do allow sponsored content on the platform. If interested, please reach out to us at [email protected].
  • Be clear and knowledgeable. At Hyperight, we aim to provide clear, well-written, and well-structured high-quality content. We do not accept poorly written articles or articles that contain excessive grammatical errors.
  • Reposting articles on other websites and blogs. You are welcome to repost articles originally published on Hyperight.com. However, please include a statement with a link at the beginning of the repost, as follows: “This article was originally published on Hyperight.com,” linking to the original content.
  • Correct your errors. If your post contains a factual error, you must correct or retract it within 24 hours of being notified. For any substantive changes or error corrections made after publication, please note these changes at the bottom of your post. This requirement applies to factual inaccuracies but not to minor edits related to spelling, grammar, or style. For transparency, include a note indicating that an earlier version of the post contained an error that has since been corrected. If a correction or retraction is prompted by a legal complaint of defamation, it must be displayed in a prominent location similar to the original defamatory content.
