GeneralMind Secures €12M to Automate Supply Chain Execution

Berlin-based GeneralMind has raised €10 million in pre-seed funding to eliminate the manual “email-and-spreadsheet” work that still defines global supply chains. The round was led by Lakestar, Leo Capital, Lucid Capital, Heliad, and BOOOM.

Founded by the team behind the unicorn Razor Group, GeneralMind is building an AI System of Action. While traditional ERPs (like SAP) record data, humans currently act as the “glue” while manually coordinating tasks across inboxes. GeneralMind’s AI Autopilot takes over this layer, autonomously executing recurring workflows across email, Excel, and enterprise software.

The platform is already being used by NASDAQ- and DAX-listed companies, meaning that their shares are traded on major global stock exchanges, allowing anyone to buy a piece of the company. The company states that the fresh capital will be used to scale the technology across Europe.
