Arcesium Aquata Introduces Generative AI

Arcesium – global financial technology provider of data management and analytics software, announced the launch of a new suite of artificial intelligence features for its comprehensive self-service data platform, Aquata. These new capabilities are designed to help institutional asset managers, hedge funds, private markets funds, and capital markets firms scale up their AI strategies and unlock agentic workflows.

This is a new feature in the integration of unstructured data processing capabilities. It utilizes generative AI agents to obtain structured data from difficult sources like PDFs and emails, transforming previously manual data processes.

The AI agent ingests, organizes, and applies data quality and control rules to this extracted data, providing a reliable foundation of proprietary structured data. Another significant capability is the introduction of a Model Context Protocol MCP server. The MCP server enables investment firms to securely connect any enterprise AI tool or large language model to their already governed data foundation within the Aquata platform. This capability is intended to significantly advance how institutional investors operationalize AI across their workflows, ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable deployment.

Aquata’s existing platform focuses on financial data quality management, ingestion, validation, harmonization, and distribution across asset classes for firms managing complex investments. The new AI features directly leverage this established data quality and governance framework.
