Session Outline
At Novo Nordisk, our global drug production runs 24/7 to meet growing demand. To optimize delivery, we’re integrating advanced analytics and smarter methods. In Research & Early Development, we manage long, sensitive studies—some lasting years. Our goal: cut research time by two-thirds. This mission comes with challenges, from data standardization to strict regulatory compliance. To tackle them, we’re adopting Data Mesh principles—building domain-driven data products that are FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) and aligned with research-specific semantics. This transformation helps us streamline access, enforce governance, and ensure compliance. I’m excited to share our hands-on strategies, wins, and lessons learned from building data-driven solutions in a highly regulated research environment.
