Analysing employee data modernised Barona’s data tech stack and way of working. Two years ago Barona struggled with teasing out consistent HR metrics from a myriad of HR systems and data entry procedures. To solve this, Barona not only modernized the data tech stack and way of working, but also had to tackle a long list of most commonly encountered challenges met by modern data teams.
