Session Outline
Learn how we at ICA have set business value and business development as the focus of our data journey and how we have changed our approach to use cases. We also go through the pre-requisites we need to have in place in order to be able to scale our delivery across multiple business units, covering topics ranging from structure, data governance, data literacy to WoW. As a critical pre-requisite we have also created a cloud-based data & analytics ecosystem that scales across the enterprise while maintaining agility and autonomy for each product team.
