Microsoft announced that it will raise the global prices for its Microsoft 365 productivity suites.
The increase affects all commercial, business, and government clients.
Nonprofit pricing will also be adjusted, as it is tied to the commercial rates.
Microsoft attributes the price hike to the massive amount of innovation added to the suites since the last commercial price increase in 2022. The company cites new features, AI Integration and security enhancements.
Prices will increase worldwide, with local market adjustments, starting July 1, 2026.
