Loop AI Raises $14M to Launch Agentic AI Platform for the Restaurant Back Office

In a significant move for the hospitality and retail tech sectors, Loop AI, an AI-powered, agentic and data-driven platform designed specifically for the restaurant and retail sectors, has officially announced a €11.84 million ($14 million) Series A funding round to scale its enterprise-grade platform. The investment was led by Nyca Partners, a fintech venture capital firm, and other high-profile investors. 

The San Francisco-based startup has carved out a niche by building a “back-office brain” specifically for the restaurant and retail industries. Loop’s technology aims to fix the operational headaches caused by the explosion of third-party delivery services, which often leave businesses struggling with manual data entry, accounting errors, and fragmented customer feedback. 

According to co-founder and CEO Anand Tumuluru, the funding comes when delivery transforms from a secondary convenience into a primary pillar of the restaurant business. The company intends to use the fresh capital to accelerate product development and expand its reach, helping more brands navigate the shift toward a consumer-centric, delivery-first economy.
