Natural Language Processing (NLP), an ever-growing interest area in the analytics community, creates big impacts on several domains including the HR domain. It enables transformation of unstructured data into valuable insights with greater operational speed and accuracy to support organizational decision mechanisms. During my talk, I will address an NLP use case in HR and how to build an end-to-end NLP model on survey data by touching on each stage of the model life cycle.
