Aiming to get the data in the hands of the employees instead of only available for a few experts, POAB developed Apica chat with your database. This chatbot developed together with Superlinear, is based on the semantic graph in dScribe, our data catalogue. This semantic graph in dScribe where meaning is attached to the data is a key component to be able to interpret the data, answer operational queries and distill actionable insights in the data, leveraging smarter decision-making, advancing our Smart Port vision.
