We are on a journey towards a data driven Scania, where we use the information as the asset it is. Both within Advanced Analytics and self service BI. In this journey it is crucial to be successful end-to-end, all phases, from ideation, execution and implementation. I will share our journey for the last three years focusing in success factors and challenges.
